I'm really enjoying having some extra time off this month to explore great outdoor spots in Pittsburgh before it gets too cold. Luckily, the weather has been on my side: since my move I've been able to take long walks/runs through Highland Park, Schenley Park and Frick Park, and this week started off great with a little exploration in Lawrenceville.

Fortunately, my good friend Kelsey works from home and has her dog (Piper the Shih Tzu) staying with her for a few days, so she offered to show me a little dog park near the 40th Street Bridge this afternoon. We had a great time taking some fun photos and walking the short trail along the Allegheny River, and I decided to share some shots in today's blog post. Cheers!
